※1 グループAはFIDEラピッドレーティング1700未満(UR~1699)かつ国内ラピッドレーティング1700未満(UR~1699)とする。グループAの対象者もOpenに申し込むことができる。参加申し込み時に希望のグループを選択する。グループ分けに関する最終的な判断は川崎チェスクラブが行う。また、参加人数が少ない際にはグループAを設けず、Openのみの開催となる場合がある。

注意点
- デフォルトタイムは試合開始後10分とし、試合開始後10分以上遅刻したプレーヤーは不戦敗とする。 遅刻しそうな場合は必ず主催者に連絡すること。連絡なしの不戦敗の場合、以降の試合をすべて不戦敗とする場合がある。
- 事前Byeに関して申込み以降に訂正のある場合、前日20:00までに主催者へ申告すること。それ以降の申告は原則受け付けない。
- 事前Byeは1〜3Rまで0.5ポイント、4R以降は0ポイントとして扱う。強制Byeはラウンドによらず1ポイントとする。
- 申告Byeが3ラウンド以上あるプレーヤーは入賞の対象から外す。
- スタート順位はFIDEレーティング、国内レーティング、氏名ABC順とする。
- 棋譜は最後まで記入しなくても良い。
- 試合中、携帯電話等の電子機器類は電源を切り、カバンなどにしまうこと。試合中に身に着けてはいけない。
- 試合中に電子機器の音が鳴る、電子機器を机の上に置く、電子機器を身に着けるなどの行為が発覚した場合、理由の如何を問わずその試合を負けとする。
- その他は原則FIDEルールに沿って主催者が判断する。
- 主催者への連絡は問い合わせ先メールアドレスまでメールを送ること。
メディア関連の取り決め
- 本大会の結果棋譜は報告のためインターネット上に公開される。 また、棋譜についてもインターネット上に公開される可能性がある。 参加者は本名、結果及び棋譜の公開に同意しているものとする。
- 見学者は試合開始から5分間、写真撮影・動画撮影を行うことができる。ただし、主催者の許可なくこれらの写真及び動画を公開してはならない。
- 本大会の様子は主催者が写真撮影、動画撮影を行う。 これらはブログ、SNS、動画サイト、日本チェス連盟の会誌等の媒体での公開等を含め、本クラブに使用権利がある。 参加者はこれらの写真及び動画の公開に同意しているものとする。写真及び動画について、当日1ラウンド開始までに公開を希望しない旨を主催者に申し出た場合は 上記の限りではない。
備考
- 主催者は上記のルールを適切な理由で変更する場合がある。
- 参加者、スタッフ、見学者は主催者の指示に従い、大会のスムーズな運営に協力すること。
- 指示が守られない場合は退場・出禁処分とする場合がある。
- 参加費は会場使用料、開催に必要な準備に使用する。
- 参加費は、理由の如何を問わず返金しない。
- 本要項の日本語版と英語版に相違がある場合には、日本語版の記載内容を優先する。

※1 Group A will be for players with both a FIDE Rapid Rating under 1700 (UR–1699) and a National Rapid Rating under 1700 (UR–1699). Players eligible for Group A may also choose to register for Group Open. Players will be assigned to the group of their choice when registering. The final decision regarding grouping will be made by the Kawasaki Chess Club. If the number of participants is low, Group A may be cancelled and only Group Open will be held.

Notes
- The default time is set at 10 minutes after the scheduled start of the game. Any player who arrives more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the game. If you expect to be late, you must contact the organizer. If you are absent without prior notice, you may forfeit all subsequent games.
- If you need to correct your requested byes after registration, you must contact the organizer by 8:00 PM the day before the event. No changes will be accepted after that time in principle.
- Requested byes will be awarded 0.5 points for rounds 1 to 3, and 0 points for round 4 and beyond. Pairing-allocated bye will be one point regardless of the round.
- Players who request byes for 3 or more rounds will not be eligible for prizes.
- The pairings for the 1st Round will be done in order of the FIDE ratings, the National ratings, and the alphabetical order of the players.
- Players need not record moves.
- During the match, all electronic devices such as mobile phones must be turned off and stored away in a bag. Players are not allowed to keep it on him/her.
- If a player’s electronic device makes a sound, is placed on the table, or is found on him/her during a game, his/her game shall be immediately lost regardless of the reason.
- The tournament will follow FIDE rules unless otherwise stated above.

Media Related Rules
- The tournament results will be posted on the Internet for reporting purposes. The game record may also be published on the Internet. Participants agree to the publication of their real names, results, and game records.
- Observers are allowed to take photos for the first 5 minutes of each round. They can’t share any of these without the organizer’s permission.
- The organizer may also take photos and videos during the event. These may be used by the club on platforms like blogs, social media, video sites, or in the Japan Chess Federation’s magazine. Participants shall agree to the publication of these photos and videos. If you’d prefer not to be shown in photos or videos, just let the organizer know before the 1st round starts on the day of the tournament.
Remarks
- The organizer reserves the right for changing the above rules with adequate reason.
- All participants, staff, and spectators are expected to follow the organizer’s instructions and cooperate for the smooth operation of the tournament.
- If the instructions are not followed by a player, the organizer may order the player to get out from the venue or ban him/her from future events.
- The participation fee will be used for the venue rental and other necessary preparations for holding the event.
- The participation fee will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.
- If there is a discrepancy between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
